Nu Restaurant ("we," "our," "us") operates the Nu Restaurant mobile application (the "App") that allows customers to browse our menu, place and pay for food orders, and track deliveries.

- Payment confirmation is sent immediately after successful transaction.

refunds or cancellations, except in cases where:
- The restaurant is unable to fulfill the order, or
- The payment was processed in error due to a technical issue.
- If such an exception occurs, please contact us within 24 hours at support@nu-restaurant.com with your order number and proof of payment.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.

We do not sell or rent your data.

- With delivery staff to complete your order.
